We really hope that you love your Tidy Think purchase but if you're not absolutely happy, don't worry - we offer refunds on unused items if returned within 14 days of your delivery date. Please download the returns form located at the bottom of our website and include it with your parcel.

Please note that you must inform us via email that you wish to return an item purchased from us. Please do not just send it back as the package may get lost and we will not be held responsible for lost parcels. 
 
 Unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange if your are outside of these time limits. 

Non-returnable items:
• Gift cards
• Downloadable products
• Personalised items (Names on the front of planners / notebooks)

Please note that customers must pay for their return, and this will not be deducted from the refund price.

A fee will be incurred if the item returned does not arrive in the same condition as sent originally.
